Please read these terms carefully before booking a session with Croydon Sports Therapy.
1. Bookings
All appointments are booked online via the booking page on this website. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received in full. You will receive a confirmation email from Acuity Scheduling.
2. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Multipack sessions are paid in full upfront.
3. Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment: 50% charge, or the option to rebook at no extra cost.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment: full session fee charged.
- No-shows: full session fee charged.

4. Multipack sessions
Multipack sessions are paid upfront and do not expire. Sessions within a multipack are subject to the same cancellation policy as individual bookings.
Because multipacks are bought online, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to change your mind and cancel for a full refund. If you have already had a session during those 14 days, we will refund the balance less the value of the session you received.
After the 14-day period, multipacks are non-refundable, except where unused sessions remain and a refund is requested on medical grounds (a doctor's note may be required).
5. Gift cards
Gift cards hold a monetary balance which may be used toward any treatment, across more than one appointment if you wish, until the balance is used up. They cannot be exchanged for cash. There is no expiry date.
Because gift cards are bought online, the purchaser has 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, provided the card has not been used. After that period, and once a card has been used, gift cards are non-refundable.
A gift card is a monetary value rather than an entitlement to a particular treatment. If prices change, the balance on the card stays the same, and any difference is payable at the time of booking.
6. Health and medical
Sports massage is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate for your condition, please consult your GP before booking. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications at the time of booking and prior to treatment.
Croydon Sports Therapy operates at Level 3 scope of practice and treats sub-acute and chronic conditions only. Acute injuries (within 72 hours of onset) cannot be treated.
7. Liability
Croydon Sports Therapy is fully insured to practise sports massage therapy. We will not be liable for any adverse reaction arising from failure to disclose a relevant medical condition or contraindication prior to treatment.
8. Our booking system
Online bookings are taken through Acuity Scheduling, which supplies and operates the booking system on our behalf. Their terms govern their platform; these terms govern your appointment with Croydon Sports Therapy. How your information is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page.
